Job Summary
Own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience. Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers; manage budgets and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services. Plan sponsored VIP events, coordinate with venues, and provide on-site support to ensure seamless events. Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team; maintain inventory and quality checks for promotional materials. Develop strong interpersonal, research, organizational, outreach and project management skills while working in-person at the London HQ. Start date is flexible; onsite, Monday to Friday, in London. UK work permit required. The role offers growth within an entrepreneurial team with opportunities for internal promotions and travel to conferences overseas.
