Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience. Based at the London HQ with onsite work and travel to overseas conferences. Responsibilities include supplier research and management, contract negotiations, budget review, event planning for VIP events and activities, coordinating with venue staff, providing on-site support, internal team support, inventory/quality checks of promotional materials, and organizing a 40-person volunteer team. Key skills include researcher/vendor management, budgeting, logistics, strong communication, organizational and project-management abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Start date is flexible; onsite work Monday to Friday near London Victoria Station, UK.
