Conference & Banqueting Team Member

Conduct conference and banqueting service setups, manage buffet items, and take guest orders to standard while maintaining assigned station cleanliness and safety hygiene. Promote all food and beverage items to drive sales turnover, communicate guest priorities and potential service issues to the Manager or Supervisor, and ensure Pullman Standards are met. Perform "Meet & Greet" and structured "farewell" protocols for clients, uphold uniform standards, and remain flexible to cover unexpected needs across Food and Beverage outlets. Report any health and safety hazards immediately. Requires a vocational degree in hospitality, three years of experience, and fluency in English and the national language.
