Job Summary

Be the Conference & Banqueting Team Member responsible for delivering high-quality hospitality experiences at Pullman London St Pancras. Role responsibilities include being fully aware of different set-ups and menus, maintaining assigned stations with supplies, promoting all F&B items to achieve high sales turnover, taking customers’ orders to standard, communicating guest priorities to management, ensuring safety and hygiene standards, looking after hotel property, and flexibly covering the needs of Food and Beverage outlets. You’ll wear the uniform to standards, participate in Meet & Greet and structured farewells with clients, and demonstrate leadership and initiative while aligning with Pullman standards. Proficiency in English and an additional language, plus a vocational hospitality qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience, are expected. Required Qualifications

  • Vocational degree in hospitality or F&B studies
  • At least 3 years' professional experience
  • Computer literate
  • Language: fluent in the national language, operational English and a 3rd language would be a plus
