Conference and Events Sales Executive

Job Summary
As the Sales and Events Executive, drive conference and events bookings by promptly responding to inquiries, sending proposals, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Prepare proposals, contracts, and internal handover documents; maintain effective client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions; conduct site inspections as required; focus on revenue growth, conversion targets, and meeting budgets. Assist the Director of Conference & Events and the Conference & Events Coordinator; support Reservations with basic tasks; align event bookings with accommodation requirements; design memorable event experiences through creative solutions; leverage budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management skills; negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and clients; collaborate across Events and Reservations teams; and accommodate flexible shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Past experience in a similar role
- Sales and events knowledge
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost estimation
