Job Summary
Ensure successful execution of department operations by fulfilling orders with correct daily staffing numbers and adhering to standard operating procedures and good production practices. Monitor product quality and packaging specifications while executing plans to address defects, and strictly follow food safety regulations to correct deviations. Meet department metrics for BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %. Comply with Human Resources and safety policies, including completing Kronos and Oracle HCM time off requests and required training. Day shift coverage required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' demonstrated supervisory experience
- previous poultry experience
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) knowledge and experience
- USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business
