Job Summary
Manage complete VRD construction sites in autonomy, preparing and executing projects while planning material and workforce supply. Organize and supervise daily team activities, ensuring strict adherence to technical methods and safety protocols. Control work execution across all phases, monitor project budgets, and guarantee technical expertise on-site. Based in Cayenne, this full-time permanent role supports Eiffage Infra Antilles Guyane's annual operations improving road networks from local streets to highways. The position requires a Bac+2/Bac+5 in Public Works with significant management experience and strong commercial skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+2/Bac+5 dans le domaine des Travaux Publics
- Expérience significative dans la gestion et la conduite de travaux TP / VRD
- Expérience en management d'équipe
- Qualités commerciales et de gestion
