Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare operations, define resource requirements, and optimize execution studies. Lead site evolution in collaboration with the site manager and manage junior conducteurs de travaux. Implement productivity improvement plans and coordinate daily activities. Establish control plans for prevention and environmental compliance. Ensure client satisfaction regarding quality and delivery timelines.
