Manage financial and administrative scopes, optimize project results, and control budgets presented by junior conducteurs. Integrate new team members, mobilize staff around clear objectives, and foster professional development while maintaining strict labor legislation adherence. Represent the company to clients and owners, negotiating additional works and upholding ethical standards.
