Prepare, organize, and follow the technical, human, and financial aspects of construction sites under the direction of the manager. Manage teams of foremen and technicians by planning interventions, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and budgets. Conduct daily site meetings, oversee administrative and technical file tracking, and provide technical support to ground teams. Read and analyze technical plans, validate installations, manage material supplies, and handle commissioning and reception of systems. Act as the primary client contact for public, private, and individual projects, ensuring regular operation follow-up and contributing to commercial development. Work in automatic irrigation, pumping stations, fountains, and outdoor lighting across public and private green spaces.
