Manage teams and oversee building site preparation, including studying contract documentation, performing administrative procedures, and establishing Health and Safety and Quality Assurance plans. Monitor construction works by organizing schedules, chairing coordination meetings, performing technical controls, and ensuring budget monitoring and cash flow management. Ensure full application of guidelines regarding quality, prevention, security, and environment, while handling waste tracking and radiation safety protocols where required. Request work acceptance, resolve deviations, and initiate invoicing to optimize financial results. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role requires a Bac +5 degree and minimum five years of experience in works management and team leadership. A B permit is mandatory, with specific authorizations depending on the position held.
