Organize the molding line for optimal chain operation by distributing curd into molds according to weight averages and quality guidelines while managing equipment supply and storage. Signal any malfunctions or anomalies, perform cleaning including CIP and manual tasks, disinfect corridors, and conduct necessary sampling and analyses. Complete paper and PC records while upholding hygiene, quality, and safety rules to actively improve them. Work in a 3x8 schedule with regular weekend shifts. An internal training program provides the theoretical and practical foundations required for the role.
