Job Summary
The Conduct Support Specialist leads Center for Community Standards activities, developing and implementing policies related to board member management and hearing scheduling; directs Center for Community Standards recruitment in alignment with WSU policies; manages a complex caseload; interprets university policies; serves as primary contact for students, faculty, and campus partners regarding all Center for Community Standards processes; requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional work experience in student services or related field, with Master’s degree substituting for one year; full-time, in-person role based in Pullman, WA with annual salary range $45,010 - $59,831 depending on qualifications; benefits package available; background check required due to access to vulnerable populations; applications due June 21, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience
- Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience
- Proficiency with Windows based computer system and Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
