Condo Sales Representative

Solicit unit owners to join the Kingston Condo rental program through daily calls, property tours, and unit inspections. Handle owner requests, check arrivals, and reserve condos for incoming homeowners and guests. Conduct bi-monthly or quarterly inspections, communicate findings, and address deficiencies with hotel staff or owners. Generate business leads using outbound methods and present proforma models to convert leads into active contracts. Assist Housekeeping with unit inventories and stripping as needed. Attend meetings to provide updates and ensure compliance with owner/developer guidelines and departmental procedures.
