Job Summary
Licensed Condominium Manager needed to own a Calgary-based portfolio of condominium communities. Responsibilities include managing operations, budgets, reserve planning, and financial performance; serving as primary liaison to Boards of Directors; ensuring compliance with Real Estate Act and condominium bylaws; leading board meetings; supervising on-site staff; and coordinating with accounting for financial reporting. Hybrid work arrangement after training, with dedicated administrative and accounting support and a focus on building strong relationships with boards, residents, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RECA Condominium Management License– required
- Minimum 2 years of direct condominium portfolio management experience
- Experience working directly with condominium boards and governance structures
- Strong understanding of condo financials, budgeting, and reserve funds
- Good working knowledge of the Condominium Act & Regulations and are familiar with condominium bylaws
- Valid Driver’s License, clean Driver’s Abstract, and reliable vehicle
- Must reside in Calgary or surrounding communities
