Job Summary
Condition Monitoring Technician role based at Kalgoorlie Operations with a 7/7 12-hour day roster. Responsibilities include executing work per schedule and quality standards, recording job information in Pronto, escalating issues to the Maintenance Supervisor, maintaining lubrication shed housekeeping, raising and detailing new Work Requests with sufficient scope and supporting documents, recording actual work hours against Work Orders, entering Work History notes, returning documentation for records, and ordering parts for Priority 1 and 2 Work Orders. Duties also include assisting during Shutdown Execution to enable safe and efficient completion, ensuring compliance with Work Health & Safety Act 2020 and Mines Regulations 2022, demonstrating proactive safety practices, and contributing to environmental management. The role emphasizes proactive lubrication of fixed and mobile equipment and alignment with Northern Star standards, with company benefits and a pre-employment medical and background checks required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years minimum in mining industry and condition monitoring of Fixed Plant equipment
- Current “C” class Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Desirable: Enter & Work in Confined Spaces RIIWHS202, Gas Test Atmospheres MSMWHS217, Provide First Aid HLTAID011, Work Safely at Heights RIIWHS204
