Job Summary
Answer inbound calls from participants and make outbound telephonic calls to those enrolled in the Condition Management Program. Assist participants via email and online messaging, then accurately document all communications. This role requires strong verbal and written skills and detail orientation, with a preference for candidates having experience in medical settings such as LPN, CNA, or health coaching. Located onsite in Dubuque, IA, with remote options available, the position offers comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
