Condition Management Account Coordinator

Answer inbound calls and make outbound telephonic calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program. Assist participants via email and online messaging, then accurately document all participant communications. This role requires strong verbal and written skills and detail orientation, with training provided for candidates without prior experience. Located onsite in Dubuque, IA, with remote options available, the position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance starting Day 1 along with a 401(k) match and profit-sharing.
