Job Summary
Manage technical work as an interface between clients and staff, promoting quality and preparing deliverables for condition assessment, rehabilitation, and aging infrastructure projects. Serve as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or Technical Leader while supporting oversight to ensure budget and schedule metrics are achieved. Promote the Condition Assessment practice to external clients and the BV Client Director network by conducting meetings, pre-positioning for projects, creating competitive differentiators, and closing opportunities through key relationships. Aid in creating follow-on service opportunities by integrating design, construction, program management, data analytics, energy, and telecom capabilities. Set hiring priorities, identify candidates, supervise technical staff for yearly performance, and mentor them on longer-term career growth. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 11+ years of experience, and Registered Professional Engineer status in Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineering registration in Arizona
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing
- Minimum of 11 years related work experience
- Registered Professional Engineer
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of client development and project execution experience with proven ability in condition assessment and planning & asset management work
- Experience in a client-facing/business development role
- Recognized Condition Assessment Leader in the market with knowledge of regional drivers, client needs, and other market influencers
- Experience leading project teams and executing Condition Assessment projects
- Experience identifying, developing, and winning Condition Assessment projects
