Job Summary
Lead and manage crews of 3 to 6 individuals for deep foundations, machine foundations, and industrial structural renovations. Plan manpower, tools, and equipment; read blueprints; and delegate tasks while overseeing rebar installation, formwork, and concrete placement including large mass pours. Operate general construction equipment like skid steers and excavators. Ensure sites follow OSHA and MSHA rules, complete daily logs, and communicate status to clients. Travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with provided hotels and transportation, earning Incentive Zone Pay based on distance. This role supports Kinsley's growing Industrial team in a collaborative environment committed to safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience directing a concrete crew
- Basic computer skills
- Must have transportation to get to assigned job sites
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
- Must be willing to travel out of town for some jobs and some may require overnight stay
- Must have extensive experience with horizontal concrete, vertical concrete, and machine foundations
- 3-5 years of experience
- Comprehension of construction drawings
- Must be familiar with all means of placement and curing of concrete
- Must be able to operate manual transmissions
- Current driver's license
- Must be familiar with or willing to learn OSHA and MSHA safety regulations
- Willingness to multitask
- Strong communications skills
- Strong math skills
