Candidates must possess significant experience and leadership skills in concrete construction.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in concrete construction
- 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience with concrete paving and curb/gutter machine operations
- Background in highway, street, airport, or heavy civil projects
