Job Summary
Concrete Superintendent responsible for overseeing the construction site from mobilization to project completion. Includes identifying unsafe conditions and acting as Safety Coach, studying drawings before start and updating as work progresses, staying within budget, communicating clearly with the team and clients, supervising subcontractors and field crews, using ExakTime for timekeeping, ensuring quality per drawings and survey points, building and maintaining schedules with the General Superintendent and Project Manager, and leading monthly cost-to-complete discussions. The role involves travel to local San Antonio-area job locations with typical 45-50 hour weeks and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in commercial concrete construction
- 5 years of experience specializing in Tilt Wall construction
- Extensive experience in managing personnel, tracking materials, managing labor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s)
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
