Job Summary
Superintendent responsible for concurrently managing multiple heavy civil and concrete project sites, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while meeting quality and safety standards. The role requires leading diverse teams across locations, directing field operations, budgeting and manpower utilization, coordinating with project management, reviewing daily field reports (Procore), and ensuring means-and-methods compliance, safety practices, and timely equipment and subcontractor provisioning. Candidate must have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, plus the ability to interpret blueprints and site/topographical plans; travel between job sites is expected. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, plus OSHA 30-Hour Safety certification and First Aid/CPR, are required; ACI and SWPPP certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least ten (10) years of experience in heavy civil or concrete construction
- At least five (5) years in concrete or heavy civil construction as a job site leader
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety (required)
- First Aid/CPR (required)
