Job Summary
Responsible for all activities at the construction site, ensuring a safe and productive work environment while maintaining schedules and budgetary limits. Duties include organizing and supervising the work of staff and subcontractors, coordinating work activities, overseeing contract terms, sourcing materials, maintaining inventory and control over tools and equipment, and managing project quality control. Requires leadership skills to mentor subordinates, enforce safety protocols, and conduct performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or equivalent
- Ability to maintain project budget
- Expertise in safety management and enforcement
- Construction experience required
- Ability to track variances and cost projections

- Verifiable work experience as a superintendent
- Proven track record supervising and coordinating personnel including subcontractors
- High motivation and ability to maintain project schedules and budgets
