Concrete Superintendent

Job Summary
Coordinate weekly schedules with Operations Managers and Project Management to sequence concrete operations, manage global manpower, and ensure successful project execution. Supervise all concrete construction processes on-site, including footings, walls, flatwork, and tilt-up, while organizing field labor and maintaining work harmony with subcontractors. Track daily progress, report manpower time, monitor productivity, and identify delays to provide solutions within budget constraints. Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met across all concrete portions of the project. Requires 10+ years of commercial/industrial concrete experience, Spanish fluency, and ability to balance multiple deadlines in a high-noise, on-site environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 2+ million
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- adequate level of Spanish speaking skills
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate
- Regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk to electrical shock
- Noise level is usually moderate to very loud
