Job Summary
Conduct daily job site safety protocols and execute concrete pours, form jumps, platform installation, and structural assembly. Operate cranes, rig equipment, read blueprints, and manage elevation layouts while coordinating with experienced crews. Progress through four structured phases of hands-on training, moving from foundation safety to advanced leadership and crew coordination. Manage tasks, coordinate teams, and meet project deadlines under direct mentorship from seasoned foremen and upper management. This intensive program prepares participants for foreman training and project oversight within Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors' concrete construction division.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of experience in General Construction, or 2 years experience as a Foreman/Construction Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on performance management and employee development
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
- Experience working at heights
- Travelling work experience
- Prior experience with safety coordination
- Experience working with or around cranes
