Job Summary
Concrete Repair Laborer needed to support foreman/superintendent on daily tasks including general concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing) and post-tension repair. Responsibilities include operating power-tools (rotary/chipping hammers, hammer drills, etc.), traveling between projects, and maintaining a safety-focused, professional, team-oriented approach. Experience with formwork, finishing, grouting, rebar placement/tying, and post-tension installation/stressing is advantageous; familiarity with new construction and existing buildings is helpful. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates may be preferred; union/open-shop experience is a plus. Must provide own transportation and a valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug screen and DMV record screening are required. The role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package in a full-time, on-site capacity in Texas with occasional travel between projects.
