Job Summary
Perform pre-pour inspections of forms, reinforcement, steel, and inserts while evaluating pieces for dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and aesthetic appearance. Read blueprints and piece tickets to guide inspections, then inspect all finished products and document any requiring patching or rework. Maintain daily and project production records, manage shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods, and complete daily quality control documentation. Requires ACI certification and 1-2 years of concrete QC experience. Full-time year-round position with medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and profit sharing available.
Required Qualifications
- ACI Certified (American Concrete Institute Certification)
- 1-2 years of QC concrete specific experience
- Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
- Good computer skills
- Ability to read and understand piece tickets
- Ability to be on your feet all day
