Job Summary
Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks, ensuring safe setup and accurate delivery of concrete to construction sites while collaborating with site teams to fill forms, columns, walls, and floors according to project specifications. Perform regular maintenance checks, minor repairs, and on-site troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime and keep projects on schedule. Maintain detailed records of daily operations, delivery volumes, and incidents while coordinating with construction managers to optimize pour schedules. Follow all safety regulations and best practices for concrete pumping and site operations. Mentor new team members to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator or similar role in the construction industry
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of concrete properties, pump truck mechanics, and preventive maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Effective communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company protocols
