Concrete Project Engineer

Job Summary
Support project teams through planning, scheduling, reporting, and control from hand-off from Estimating through final completion and close-out. Project Engineers assist with project start-up and close-out, track production quantities, manage bulletin revisions in Procore, and ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable laws. Key duties include frequent job-site visits with Project Manager and Field Teams, maintaining document control for core tools, collaborating with estimating on extra work, and coordinating safety inspections. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering; ability to read drawings; strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel to job sites and office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant discipline
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Travel to and from job sites and office locations is required
