Job Summary
Construct and modify formwork for precast elements, screed and finish concrete, and assist with setting up steel moulds while operating hand and power tools safely. Interpret IFC and shop drawings to maintain high workmanship standards, and help pour and finish concrete surfaces. Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety policies and protocols at all times. Lift up to 16-18kgs comfortably and complete repetitive tasks with a positive can-do attitude. Forklift and tilt-up tickets are advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and shop drawings
- Able to construct, modify and set out formwork for all precast elements
- Have attention to detail and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Follow workplace health and safety policies at all times
- Ability to screed and finish all aspects of concrete
- Able to lift up to 16-18kgs comfortably
- Can do attitude and ability to complete repetitive work
