Job Summary
Concrete Production Worker on 2nd Shift responsible for reviewing prints, preparing and pouring concrete to create panels/slabs, setting up forms with a tape measure, placing steel in forms, cutting mesh with bolt cutters, using concrete saws, and operating oil sprayers. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork, basic math/measurement skills, and familiarity with blueprints. Start at $20/hour in Springboro, OH with a $3/hour night-shift differential (5 pm–5 am), overtime after 8 hours, and full-time benefits; no travel; shift starts at 11:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Prior construction, roofing, hardscaping or similar background is required
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Comfortable operating measuring tape to 1/16th of an inch
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment
