Job Summary
Conduct daily concrete production support across grout, prep, spray, kitting, casting, and painting operations. Follow standard work procedures to complete grout seams, mold prep, and product pouring while maintaining a clean workspace. Operate mixers, hoists, and forklifts to move materials and load semi-trailers for shipping. Cross train in multiple areas including mixer and sprayer roles to ensure product moves through the prep cell on time. Maintain equipment and handle raw materials with proper safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be comfortable with cross-training
- Takes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product
- Able to stand for majority of shift, and use hand tools for 2-3 hours at a time
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge, preferred
