Job Summary
Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate bins, manage stockpiles, and move materials safely to support uninterrupted concrete production. Monitor aggregate levels, perform daily equipment inspections, and report maintenance needs while maintaining clean work areas. Assist with plant maintenance and follow all safety policies to ensure efficient operations. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, and experience with heavy equipment. Based in Harriman, TN, you will report to the Plant Manager and contribute to Rogers Group's status as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of safe operating practices and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license, CDL is a plus
- Experience in aggregate, concrete, construction, or industrial environments
