Concrete Plant Laborer

Perform general housekeeping and cleanup throughout the plant, including sweeping, shoveling, and removing debris. Assist with loading and unloading materials used in concrete production. Clean and maintain mixers, conveyors, aggregate bins, silos, and other plant equipment. Monitor material levels and assist with inventory management. Help perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed. Assist plant operators with batching and concrete production activities. Direct truck traffic and assist drivers entering and leaving the plant safely. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and maintenance needs. Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
