Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain concrete paving equipment, primarily GOMACO machinery. The role requires extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of concrete batch plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a paving mechanic, with specific experience in concrete paving operations.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with GOMACO equipment (e.g., pavers, curb machines, trimmers).
- Working knowledge of concrete batch plants, including mechanical and control systems.
- Proficient in hydraulic and electrical diagnostics and repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license; CDL Class A is a plus but not required.
- Willing and able to travel to project sites and work in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
