Job Summary
Safely operate company vehicles transporting essential construction materials to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload materials in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to valued customers. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules, and conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Hope Concrete brand. This role requires a valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record and the ability to work independently. Typical shifts are 8-12 hours daily with varying early morning start times. Total compensation ranges from $68-80k/year, including weekly bonuses and consistent overtime.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools
- Schedule varies daily. Typical shifts are 8-12 hours daily with varying early morning start times.
