Job Summary
Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete while setting and removing forms. Install reinforcing steel, mix mortar, and lay brick, block, and stone materials per specifications. Measure, cut, and prepare materials; operate hand and power tools safely. Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup while maintaining an organized work area. Follow project plans and safety requirements. Perform physically demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing outdoors in varying weather. Full-time opportunities available on residential and commercial projects with consistent work and advancement potential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Previous concrete or masonry experience preferred
- Skilled labor experience is a plus
- OSHA or construction safety training is a plus
