Job Summary
Mix, pour, and level concrete while assisting with formwork, reinforcement, and slab placement. Operate hand and power tools for finishing, collaborate on project completion, and maintain a clean, organized work area following safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods, including nights and weekends if necessary. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and familiarity with construction tools. Previous experience in concrete labor or heavy equipment operation is preferred.

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related field
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar tying, and finishing
- 1 year of heavy equipment operation
