Job Summary
Concrete Laborer needed for structural repair and maintenance projects across Northern NJ; duties include concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing, formwork/carpentry, rebar replacement, caulking, expansion joints, coating application, and carbon fiber installation. Prior experience preferred (2+ years) with willingness to train; OSHA 30 and NYC DOB training required; you must have reliable transportation to job sites in the tri-state area. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Team-oriented, safety-focused professional with strong problem-solving and communication skills is desired. Competitive pay between $22 and $32 per hour plus benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation), and opportunities for career growth.
