Job Summary
Concrete Laborer — assist skilled craft workers on industrial/construction projects in Phoenix. Perform duties across trades as requested by supervision, take direction from higher skilled workers or foreman, and use tools and equipment safely. Focus on reducing waste, ask a supervisor if unsure about safety or process, learn safety hazards, maintain positive relationships with the crew, and produce high-quality, productive work. Must wear PPE, and be able to work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperatures and outside conditions. Preferred NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent; strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Safety level noted as Safety-Sensitive.
Required Qualifications
- NCCER Core Curriculum and /or a High School diploma or equivalent is also preferred
- One year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in the industrial/conmercial construction industry is preferred
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
