Job Summary
Concrete Laborer role at Lee Industrial Contracting (Pontiac, MI). Responsibilities include supporting apprentices, concrete laborers, form carpenters, concrete finishers, and the foreman; following foreman/supervisor instructions; maintaining a clean, organized job site; loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment; adhering to safety standards; fueling and washing department vehicles. Requirements include installing wire mesh and rebar; torch cutting; concrete prep and pouring; mechanically inclined with common hand tools; basic math and geometry; 1-2 years in commercial/industrial settings; good communication and ability to work with diverse personalities; self-direction; valid driver’s license.
