Job Summary
Join our team as a Concrete Laborer/Finisher/Crew Member. Responsibilities include setting up, aligning, and dismantling concrete forms; assisting with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete; finishing surfaces with hand and power tools (floats, trowels, screeds); smoothing and edging to achieve proper grade; operating power vibrators to consolidate concrete; applying curing compounds, sealers, and surface treatments; assisting with site prep, grading, and cleanup; and operating skid steers and other job-site equipment as needed while maintaining safety and a clean work area.
Required Qualifications
- Concrete experience required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a crew
- Experience operating equipment is a plus
