Job Summary
Concrete Laborer and Finisher performing concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing, formwork/carpentry, rebar replacement, coating application, fireproofing, and welding of structural steel. Requires TWIC card, basic safety training, respirator use, ability to pass plant entrance tests, and willingness to travel to Gulf Coast/Lake Charles area; prior turnaround/shutdown experience and familiarity with industrial plants preferred. STRUCTURAL emphasizes safety and quality, offers competitive compensation and benefits, and is seeking candidates to join a team dedicated to durable infrastructure repair and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- TWIC card
- Basic and Basic Plus Safety Council Training preferred
- Turnaround/Shutdown Experience preferred
- Willing to wear a respirator
- Able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
- Willing to travel to jobs outside of the Baton Rouge area
- Experience with a self-performing contractor, GC, or specialty contractor
