Concrete Laborer

Job Summary
Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites, operate tools and machinery for concrete preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing, and transport various construction materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations while collaborating with team members to ensure efficient progress. Follow supervisor instructions to implement construction plans effectively and participate in training and safety programs to enhance job performance and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. This role requires physical strength and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in varying outdoor weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds at a time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for long hours
- Must be able to kneel, bend, and squat frequently
- Must wear personal protective equipment
- MUST be eligible to work in the U.S.
- MUST be capable of completing Job Specific Physical
- MUST be able to pass a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience in concrete construction or a related field is advantageous
- Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Commitment to safety guidelines and a strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
