Concrete Laborer

Concrete Construction Field Worker responsible for assisting in the installation, preparation, and finishing of concrete structures under experienced supervision. Responsibilities include setting up worksites for pours (forms, scaffolding, mixing equipment), performing concrete placement and finishing (pouring, leveling, smoothing, finishing surfaces with hand tools and power equipment), installing rebar and reinforcement materials, following safety protocols and wearing PPE, maintaining tools and work areas, collaborating with finishers, carpenters, and project managers to complete projects on schedule and within budget, and following verbal and written instructions to communicate effectively with team members.
