Job Summary
Concrete Journeyman responsible for setting up forms and edges of slabs, pouring and finishing concrete, grading/subgrade prep, applying stains/colors, waterproofing/sealant, installing welded fabric/rebar, and operating a skid loader with laser-level accuracy. Requires 4+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with industry tools, attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and night shifts. OSHA 10 preferred; operator’s certificate preferred; able to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in commercial construction
- Proficient in the use of industry tools and equipment
- Up to date with the latest technology involving concrete work
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with an ability to multi-task
- Task-oriented, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including some overtime, weekends, and night shifts
- OSHA 10, preferred
- Operator's certificate, preferred
- Able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to adhere to job specifications and make top-class finishes in concrete work
