Job Summary
Assist with setup and preparation of concrete forms and molds, then pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment. Place reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh, and operate hand and power tools to finish surfaces per project specifications. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas while following safety procedures to ensure a safe environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to keep projects on schedule. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; previous experience in concrete or construction preferred.

- Ability to read plans and layout form work
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques preferred
- Previous experience in concrete or construction is preferred but not required
