Job Summary
Lead concrete form-setting flatwork crews by assigning duties, monitoring tasks, and providing feedback to correct deficiencies. Execute plans efficiently while coordinating with superintendents, managers, and estimators to organize daily labor and mobilize necessary equipment. Lay out forms, reinforce concrete, and inspect work to ensure projects complete on time while maintaining a safe site under OSHA standards. Operate mini-excavators and skid steers, perform routine equipment maintenance, and solve problems as needed. Requires two years of experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50–100 lbs. Spanish/English bilingualism preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) plus years of experience as a Concrete Form Setter
- Proficient in use of construction tools
- Experienced in operating mini-excavators and skid steers and pouring concrete
- Must have the ability to oversee site work and projects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history
- Ability to lift 50 lbs-100lbs
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to work and lead a crew
Desired Qualifications
- ADA curb ramp construction experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred Spanish/ English communication and written ability
