Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate concrete crew across projects to meet daily schedules and production goals. Direct on-site manpower, materials, and equipment, read and interpret plans and specifications, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Responsible for project staffing, equipment selection, and coordinating with crews to maintain high-quality concrete work, meeting deadlines and budgeted costs while prioritizing safety and adherence to procedures. Requires a high school diploma and at least five years of concrete-industry experience, with advanced knowledge of paving, tools, layout for footings, and the ability to read blueprints.
Required Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in the concrete industry
- advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools and equipment
- in-depth knowledge of layout for footings
- ability to read and understand blueprints
- ability to stand/work up to 10 hours/day
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
